Online registration will close on 21 March 2025. After this date only on-site registrations with Credit Card or cash payment will be accepted

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of € 50 (VAT included) per participant after 1 March 2025.

VAT

Conference is liable for Italian VAT as it is classed under VAT legislation as “services” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (organizers of the conference).
Other Italian institutions and companies subjected to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided that they can prove their specific VAT exemption status.

INVOICES

Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments. Please check the accuracy of your invoicing details in the registration procedure, issued invoice can’t be deleted or modified.

POLICIES

Each attendee must register separately.
Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for ascertain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Italy in writing only (ipnc2025.reg@aimgroup.eu). The registration fees less than 50€ administrative charges (vat included) will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before February 28th, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible.
Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
