Funding for researchers from Gavi-eligible countries
IPNC organizers and the Sclavo Vaccine Association ETS are pleased to offer a number of Travel Grants for researchers from Gavi-eligible countries selected by the Scientific Committee to present at the IPNC2025 Conference.
Presenters who qualify and wish to apply for a Grant must do so when submitting an abstract via the abstract submission portal.
The Grant can only be awarded once for one presenter per abstract.
This opportunity is only available for presenters living and working in one of the 54 GAVI-Eligible countries: https://www.gavi.org/types-support/sustainability/eligibility)

How it works
Travel grants are awarded on the basis of scientific merit using the evaluation process carried out by the Scientific Committee to present at the IPNC2025 Conference. While submitting an abstract, you can tick the Travel Grant application box. By doing so, you are indicating your interest in receiving a travel grant and that you are resident in a GAVI-Eligible country. Awardees will be notified about the Travel Grant before the end of 2024.
The Travel Grants include: airfare, car from the airport to the hotel and back, accommodation for 6 nights (30th March 2025- 4th April 2025) at a 3* hotel in close proximity to the conference venue and congress registration. The Sclavo Vaccine Association will bear these costs directly for the awardees.
